These terms govern your purchase and use of CourseForge ("the product"). By buying or using it, you agree to them.
What you're buying
CourseForge is a digital product: a downloadable Obsidian vault (markdown files, templates, and agent instructions) that teaches and helps you build and sell your own course. It is delivered electronically after payment.
Your licence
- You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use CourseForge to build your own products and business.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the vault or its files, in whole or in part.
- The work you create with CourseForge (your own course, your niche, your content) is yours to sell and keep.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are tax-inclusive where applicable. You'll receive a receipt by email.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee).
No guarantee of results
CourseForge is an educational product. It gives you a method and tools, but your results depend on your effort, your niche, your market, and factors outside our control. We do not promise any specific income or outcome.
Third-party tools
CourseForge references third-party tools (for example Obsidian, coding agents, payment platforms, and hosting). Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability arising from the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
