The guarantee
If CourseForge isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full — no drawn-out process. Just tell us it wasn't a fit.
How to request a refund
- Email support@getcourseforge.com from the address you purchased with.
- Include your order/receipt reference from Stripe.
- We'll process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
After 14 days
Because CourseForge is a downloadable digital product, purchases are generally final after the 14-day window. If something isn't working, contact us anyway — we'd rather fix it than leave you stuck.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, including remedies for a product that has a major failure. This guarantee is offered in addition to those rights.
